Woman who suffered brutal beating by police officer that was caught on CCTV is found dead in her prison cell

Ms Reed, who was being arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at the time of the attack, has now been found dead at Holloway Prison in Islington, north London.
She was said to have been found unresponsive in her prison cell.
According to civil rights campaigner Lee Jasper, she was being held on remand over an incident at a hospital where she was being treated for mental health problems. An investigation has now been launched. A Prison Service spokesperson said: 'HMP Holloway prisoner Sarah Reed was found unresponsive in her cell at 8am 'Prison staff attempted CPR, but she was pronounced dead shortly after.
